Berkadia, Commercial Real estate

Testimonial from Liza Janssen, Lead Designer
I had the pleasure of managing Mitchell for nearly two years, during which he worked on a variety of graphic and digital design assignments, including proposals, offering memorandums, property websites, and social media graphics. Reliable and willing to take on any project with a smile, Mitchell was instrumental in supporting a high performing team in a fast-paced environment, often under the pressure of extremely tight deadlines. Not only is he skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects, he is also an excellent communicator and collaborator. I could always count on Mitchell to bring a professional, positive attitude to each and every project, and I know he will continue to shine in future roles.

Berkadia is one of the largest commercial real estate and mortgage banking firms in the country.
My role as a graphic designer for the Pacific Northwest Private Capital Group was to create marketing materials for the Investment Sales team. I assisted my lead by collaborating on property brochures, offering memorandums, and proposals. Within our team I took ownership of digital content including social media and web experiences utilizing Express, After Effects and Ceros to create dynamic, informative, and eye catching graphics.

This is a brochure cover. Several edits in Photoshop bring the building to focus including sky replacement, neural depth blur, and bur tool.

Another example of a brochure cover using tools highlight the building itself

An offering page that highlights the property and what it offers for investors

A page that breaks down the room make up of the building and the current income per unit

A common table we used to break down the costs of running the property

A map to illustrate the largest employers and transit developments in the area which are important factors for a client to know how their property may increase in value over time

Another map showing POIs that can make a difference in investors wanting to commit to an area that may be unknown to them

I love maps and here’s another one showing similar properties to the clients’ to show where they stand in the market

So many graph and tables imported from Excel

An example run-through of a property splash page I made with Ceros
